The 2nd Soup Exchange
I realize that some of you said you still were
saving their soups as comfort food but others are ready for the next
one. With this in mind, we move on to Soup Exchange #2!
For this one I am going to make some parameters.
There will be 2 groups, with a total of 6 soups in each. One is
Veggie the other is Meat.
Why? Cause I said so. But
seriously, the reason is cause I wanted it to stay a manageable size so
that each person doesn't have to make too many portions of anything.
Also I wanted all of us to be able to participate.
This time its winter. So we really don't have to scurry home with
our stash. We have a balcony that would be decent for cold outdoor storage,
I'll also be better prepared with tape and markers for labeling.
